Cleve-Hill is the only multi repair facility to have earned the American Automobile Association (AAA) approved auto repair certification at all locations. AAA is as stringent about quality auto repair standards, as are most customers. We achieved a 99 % customer satisfaction rating, and received the Top Shop Award from AAA in 2007. Monthly customer surveys and semi-annual facility inspections by AAA ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality repairs.

Repair facilities in the AAA program have been certified by AAA to meet strict standards in training, equipment, and customer service. AAA members receive, on request, a free 24-point safety inspection with any paid repair, a minimum 12-month/12,000 mile warranty, guaranteed written estimates, return of replacement parts, and AAA-mediated dispute resolution.
